The little girl I tutor has an Irish dance dres and her parents paid a ton of money to have it hand made while they were in Scotland and then flew home with it and it was super expensive and I have seen it, its is really intricate and beautiful, and the parents keep it in their closet, the little girl can only take it out with their permission when she needs it for dance performance, tour or competiiton.
But I was surprised at the heart thing cuz I didn't know, and I had no idea that the dresses tell a story or have a meaning on them.
